Majd Hamadeh

AI Operations Manager at ERE Homes and software engineer with six years of experience across AI systems, full-stack development, and process automation. Right now that means building the AI layer of a real-estate business, from lead generation to day-to-day operations. At ERE Homes I built the lead-generation engine and Maya, a real-estate AI agent that generates, pursues, and qualifies leads for human agents to take over, a lead-management dashboard integrated with Bitrix24 CRM and a Supabase database, and a Telegram bot that keeps information flowing top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top across the company. Specialises in production AI pipelines for LLM agents, computer vision, voice synthesis, and transcription, with a focus on small and local models that deliver frontier-level quality on targeted workflows at a fraction of the cost. Comfortable owning projects from solution architecture and client requirements through deployment, and has led small engineering teams across multiple concurrent projects.
